30-Minute Online Health Coaching Session

In this session, we’ll create custom health goals that fit your life. Together, we’ll take a holistic approach, addressing your mind, body, and spirit, so you can make sustainable changes that actually stick.

You’ll leave with a practical, actionable plan, tailored to your unique needs, lifestyle, and values.

This session is perfect if you’re ready to move beyond generic advice and start building habits that support your total wellbeing.

To ensure we make the most of our time together, please complete the application before booking. This helps me understand your current challenges and goals in advance, so we can dive straight into creating a plan that moves you forward. Once your application is submitted, I’ll personally reach out to schedule your session.

Small Group Personal Training (Women Only)- In Person

Small Group Training (up to 3 participants)

Split the cost of personal training by sharing the slot with a friend or two! These 50-minute sessions are designed for up to 3 women who want personalized coaching in a fun, supportive setting. We train in a private gym, so it’s just you and your crew. No crowds, no waiting for equipment, and no random lookie-loos.

We train for longevity, not ego. Each workout includes mobility, strength training, and progressive overload so you can move well, get stronger, and keep making progress at your own pace.

I’ll coach you on form, give you modifications that fit your body, and keep the vibe light with a little humor along the way.

Expect to work hard, laugh, maybe complain about your coach, and leave feeling proud of yourself.


Small group sessions are designed for two to three participants. If you are the only one signed up, the session may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Pricing Options
Punch Card: $25 per session. Perfect if you prefer to drop in as your schedule allows.
Membership: $160 per month. Includes access to all sessions, even if no other participants are signed up.

A 50-minute session that’s all about you. We’ll train in a private gym with no distractions and no cookie-cutter workouts.

Each workout is designed around your goals and your current fitness level. Whether you’re working through an injury, want to get stronger, or just need a plan that actually fits your life, I’ll build the session to support you.

You’ll get coaching on form, customized modifications, and progressive training that helps you keep moving forward.

It’s focused, supportive, and personal, with enough fun to keep it from feeling like a chore.
