Discovery Session

30-Minute Health Coaching Discovery Session


This 30-minute Discovery Session is a focused, one-on-one Zoom call designed to help you gain clarity around your current health challenges and next steps. We’ll talk through what’s working, what feels stuck, and what you want your health to support in this season of life.

This session is ideal if you feel like you “do the right things” but aren’t seeing results, or if you want guidance that goes beyond workouts and meal plans. You’ll leave with greater clarity, initial recommendations, and a clear sense of whether continued coaching or a Kickstart program is the right fit for you.

  • $50 for a 30-minute Zoom session

How It Works

  1. Register and complete payment

  2. Receive a confirmation email with a short intake form

  3. Complete the intake form prior to your session

  4. Attend your 30-minute Zoom session

  5. Leave with clarity and recommended next steps

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.

About Your Coach
Melissa Ballard is a Certified Transformational Nutrition Health Coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor with a background in Psychology and Education. Her coaching focuses on helping people move beyond surface-level health advice by aligning habits with values and building an elevated mindset for lasting change.

Small Group Personal Training (Women Only)- In Person

In-Person Small Group Training (Up to 3 People)
Small Group Training offers personalized coaching in a supportive, fun environment with up to three participants per session. These 50-minute workouts take place in a private gym, allowing for individualized attention without the pressure or distraction of a traditional gym setting.

Each session includes mobility work, strength training, and progressive overload, with modifications provided for different bodies and experience levels. The focus is longevity, strength, and consistency, not ego or extremes.

Expect to work hard, laugh a little, and leave feeling proud of yourself.

  • $25 per person, per session

  • Drop-in punch card option available

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sessions require a minimum of two participants. If only one person is registered, the session may be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.

One-on-One Personal Training - In Person

1:1 Personal Training
These 50-minute, one-on-one personal training sessions are fully customized to your goals, body, and current fitness level. Training takes place in a private gym setting with no crowds, no waiting for equipment, and no distractions.

Sessions focus on mobility, strength training, and progressive overload to support longevity, strength, and confidence. You’ll receive hands-on coaching for form, personalized modifications, and programming that evolves as you do.

This option is ideal if you want focused support, accountability, and a training plan that actually fits your life.

Pricing:

  • $60 per 50-minute session

  • Pay per session

  • Intake form required before your first session

    How it Works:

  1. Register and submit payment

  2. Complete the Personal Training Intake Form

  3. Schedule your session

  4. Show up and train

  5. Progress and adjust session to session

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
